We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Material changes to ongoing service engagements will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

Our services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for any failures, limitations, or issues arising from third-party services beyond our control.

3 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, and data compilations, is the property of Sahjanand Enterprise or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

4 User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You expressly agree NOT to:

5.1 Pricing & Invoicing

All fees for our services will be agreed upon in advance and documented in service agreements. Invoices are issued upon project milestones or as specified in individual agreements. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Obligations

Payment is due within the timeframe specified in each invoice. Late payments may attract interest charges at the rate specified in the service agreement, or at the applicable statutory rate if not specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with individual service agreements. Generally, work completed and delivered is non-refundable. Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 30 days of invoice date.

6 Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's proprietary and sensitive information. "Confidential Information" includes business strategies, financial data, client lists, technical specifications, and any other information designated as confidential or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential.

Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of any service engagement for a period of three (3) years, except where a longer period is required by law or agreed in writing. This obligation does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

7 Communication Consent

By providing your contact information and engaging with our services, you consent to receive communications from Sahjanand Enterprise through various channels including email, SMS, OBD (Outbound Dialing), Google RCS, WhatsApp, and other digital communication platforms.

8 Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

8.2 Limitation of Liability

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, power failures, or internet outages.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sahjanand Enterprise and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

10 Termination

• We reasonably believe your use poses a security risk or legal liability
• You fail to make required payments after appropriate notice

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, confidentiality, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11.2 Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12 Amendments

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email or other direct communication channels.
